What can I sterilize?

Anything you like! The beauty of our 2-in-1 UV Sterilizer & Dryer is it can be used for more than just your baby’s feeding accessories. To make it easier here’s a list of our top asked questions:

Yes, you can sterilize it:

• Bottles (glass, plastic, ceramic & stainless steel)
• Other brands’ bottles (Yes, but we don’t know every dimension of bottle out there, so the number of bottles that can fit may vary)

What can I dry?

Unlike the sterilize function, the drying function has a few restrictions. So make sure you double-check before using your unit. 

Yes, you can dry it:

No, you can NOT  dry it:

• Electronics: This includes your phone, remotes, breast pump motor, electronic toys etc.

Will my bottles fit?

Our unit is made with the busy mum in mind, which is why it’s convenient size is perfect for most bottles and accessories!

The unit fits*:

• Up to 4 x 250ml bottles (with the basket in)
• Up to 6 x 250ml bottles (with the basket out)
• Up to 4 x 250ml bottles & 2 x 140ml bottles (with the basket in) 

*Please keep in mind that these numbers are provided based on New Beginnings bottles only.

Will my bottles from another brand fit?

Yes, you can of course use another brand of bottles in the unit, but the quantity may differ. If you are concerned about your bottles not fitting, bottles can also be laid on their side while sterilizing. 

What does each mode/setting do?

Our 2-in-1 UV Sterilizer & Dryer comes with 4 easy to use modes:

Auto:

Automatic mode will both sterilize and dry whatever you place in your unit. This is the most efficient way to use your unit. 

Note: When using the Auto mode, you can NOT place electronics in the unit. 

Sterilizing:

Sterilizing mode will only sterilize your items. This mode can be used when anything is in the unit, including electronics. 

Drying:

The drying mode will only dry your items. This will not sterilize. 

Storing:

The storing mode is used to keep items left in the unit clean by running a 72hour cycle of sterilizing and drying. This will mean any items you wish to simply leave in the unit until you’re ready to use them will be kept dry, sterilized and ready for use. This mode may also gently warm the items in the unit. 

Note: When using the storing mode, you can NOT place electronics in the unit.
