Sizes: Newborn Flow Nipple with 1 hole (0 months+), Slow Flow Nipple with 2 holes (1 month+), Medium Flow Nipple with 3 holes (3 months+), Fast Flow Nipple with 4 holes (6 months+) and Variable Flow Nipple with slot holes (3 months+) for thicker liquids.
