DOSAGE

Adult Dosage: Mix 1.5 level metric teaspoons (8 g) with 100 mL of water. Consume once daily, 30–60 minutes before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.
