INGREDIENTS

Calcium Carbonate 3000mg (equivalent to 1200mg of Elemental Calcium),
Cholecalciferol 25mcg (1000IU of Vitamin D3),
Magnesium 100mg (as oxide),
Zinc 15mg (as oxide),
Copper 1000mcg (as sulphate),
Manganese 3.5mg (as sulphate).
*With two tablets daily.

INSTRUCTIONS

Adults – Take one tablet twice daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If taking two tablets daily it is suggested that you take each tablet at a different meal time.

Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
