DIRECTION
Step 1 – Place the support over your knee ensuring the smooth side faces the skin. The single strap should be outside the leg and the hole should cover the kneecap.
Step 2 – While holding the support in place so that the hole remains over the kneecap, wrap the middle strap under your knee and attach it to the support.
Step 3 – Wrap each of the remaining outside straps under your knee and attach them to the support.
Step 4 – While holding the support in place adjust tension to a desired comfort and support.
