How can Flo Rapid Relief help?

Flo Rapid Relief contains the active ingredient Xylometazoline Hydrochloride (1mg/ml) which acts quickly (within minutes) to help reduce nasal congestion. It also lasts for up to 10 hours so you can get on with your day or get a better nights’ sleep.

How to use Flo Rapid Relief

For best results, spray Flo Rapid Relief once into each nostril. Use 2-3 times daily for no more than 3 days. If nasal congestion continues for longer than 3 days, please talk to a health professional. Flo Rapid Relief should not be used in children under 12 years of age.

Helpful tips for blocked and runny noses

• Try Flo Rapid Relief to unblock the nose before using a saline wash/spray or other medicated nasal spray. Then use a saline spray or sinus wash e.g. Flo Saline Plus, Flo Nasal Mist or Flo Sinus Care as this helps wash away excess mucus, pollens and irritants, which may still be present in the nasal and sinus cavities.
• If a blocked or runny nose is a result of hay fever or an allergy, a preservative-free antihistamine nasal spray may be more helpful. Eze Allergy Nasal Spray can be used by adults and children from 5 years of age. It also can be used continuously for up to 6 months.

Sinus Congestion

Sinus congestion means inflammation in the sinus cavities. This mostly effects the sinuses underneath the eyes, alongside the bridge of the nose and over the eyebrows. Sinus congestion can also occur after a cold or may even be caused as a result of allergy.

Using a medicated nasal decongestant spray like Flo Rapid Relief may help unblock your nose quickly and allows you to breathe through it more easily. DIRECTION

Remove the protective cap and then depress pump firmly several times until the first spray is seen. With the head in an upright position insert the nozzle into one nostril and angle it slightly backwards. Depress the pump firmly to deliver the recommended dose to each nostril, then pinch nostrils together and tilt head to each side for 5 – 10 seconds. Release the nostrils and gently blow the nose if required. After use: Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap.
