DIRECTIONS: Apply, placing sticky side to shoe as required. Place in your shoe at the back of your heel. CAUTION: Discontinue use if you experience an adverse reaction.

These Ultra slim gel cushions are also washable and reusable this great technology re-develops the sticky adhesive after washing.
Directions
Peel protective film off cushion. Insert cushion into front of shoe sticky side down with the pointed end facing the heel.
